I have worked in an office environment for over eighteen years. After working eight years in an HVAC office, I joined the team at Miller Services as office manager. I bring with me the knowledge and organizational skills to make our company a success. It has been a great experience working with individuals dedicated to “Gold Star” customer service! One of the most important aspects of this job is providing experienced and knowledgeable technicians to our customers, so they know their service will be completed right the first time.

After graduating from Technical School I have had several years of experience in installation, service repair and system designing. I am also experienced in commercial repair including refrigeration, ice machines and walk in coolers. Taking on my leadership responsibilities, I feel my integrity and care for the customer make me a valuable team member.

As Founder and President of Miller Services Heating and Air Inc., I have spent the past twenty plus years developing the company’s name and reputation. My desire is to personally impress each and every customer with world class service, high quality products, affordable prices and exceptional warranties; which will always be my trademark.

Before starting Miller Services Heating and Air, I was a contractor in the New York metro area

during the 80’s and early 90’s. As the industry slowed, I realized it was time to find a new career. While working during the day, I attended school at night and retooled for the HVACR industry. After graduating in 1993 I decided to move to North Carolina and worked in the industry for 15 years. I started in the service/repair side of the business and obtained a state license. Afterwards I moved into sales and service, all the while developing my skills and learning the heating and air conditioning trade.

In 2008, I decided to make the move and open Miller Services Heating and Air. I successfully promoted my business by word of mouth and internet marketing becoming a five star rated HVAC contractor with ServiceMagic. It was this personal touch with the customer that helped fuel the growth of the company, while defining the expectations for all future employees.
